Training holidays in Corsica

Apnea Revolution's first club holiday saw us relocate from London to the beautiful island of Corsica, to enjoy ten days of diving, fun and relaxation in the Mediterranean.

Jean-fabrice introduced us to beautiful Marina D'Argentella, where we got to dive in amazing clear blue water with visibility that seemed to go on forever.

It was a chance for all of us to learn more about our sport, with workshops on breathing, stretching and equalisation from Aristo, and practical sessions on knots and buoy preparation for deeper open water dives.

Corsica is a home-away-from-home for J-f, who showed us some amazing spots for dives in grottos, wrecks and a gorgeous nature reserve with huge grouper hiding in the rocks.

There was also time for laid-back meals, spear-fishing, 'no limits' dives on the sledge, bubble ring competitions, late-night kayaking and a chance to hang out together, away from the distractions of wifi, emails and London life.
